Experience :- At least 3 years in Offshore fabrication/ shipbuilding
Quality Control / NDT Inspection experience both ”in process” and ”post production”.
JD :-
Conduct Quality Control Inspection activities in line with the QMS standards / procedures.
Generate Inspection request and coordinate with QSA for the inspections.
Monitor and report any issues and delays to supervisor promptly.
Continual in process inspection to have minimal or zero re-work.
Assist supervisor to prepare Inspection and test procedures for the assigned projects
Accept / Reject / Suggest in case of failures on jobs.
Facilitator for department’s drive for continual improvement.
Coordinate for NDT activities at site and assisit to produce NDT reports.
Motivate productive and safe performance of workers.
Ensure all HSE and Quality aspects are met.
