We are looking for the below positions for one of our Client’s requirements.
PLANT OPERATOR
Duration: 4 Years Contract
Working Schedule: 12h/day, 7 days ON / 7 days OFF Location: Habshan, Bab – Onshore, Abu Dhabi UAE
Principal Responsibilities:
> Perform routine equipment checks to identify defects and promptly report abnormalities to the supervisor for servicing arrangements.
> Adjust and monitor the alternations of speeds, temperatures, pressures level and flow rates as necessary to ensure that normal operation, shutdown, and start-up are effectively performed.
> Prepare the plant / equipment for maintenance to ensure accurate and proper handover and in synchronization with other equipment and plant.
> Receive chemicals, maintain stock register, prepare batches adhering to procedures and HSE rules.
> Operate related machinery & equipment safely and efficiently as per the Company’s standards and instructions.
> Act as first responder in emergencies, assist in firefighting until Fire Auxiliary arrives. > Shut down the process unit’s safety in case of emergency, including activation of the emergency shutdown system.
