· GRN 103 & 105 posting using SAP, postings over QRMS. Complete tracking to Project team
· All deliveries are verified in SAP with materials requestor name, trade sections and PR reference.
· Progress report and updates to the Project Manager as and when required.
· Material reservation (Projects & Overheads) posting in system/QRMS.
· Daily updating PPE, Materials received and issued details in QRMS.
· Reservation Posting for issued out materials in system and ensure maintenance of QRMS database.
· Material collection notification details send to concerned end user to collect the materials from warehouse.
· Coordinate with all stakeholders, vendors, logistics, Freight forwarders, client, Project team, QSA, warehouse, end-user to receive/inspect/approvals of the material from warehouse and issue it as per the Project requirement.
· Supporting for reservation creation for warehouse requirements.
· Ensure all necessary documents are available to conduct QSA/QC Client/ TPI inspections.
· Coordinate QSA/ Client Quality team/Third Party Inspectors for all approvals of the materials and vendors, client for any rejections and timely rectification and deliver back to yard timely.
· Daily Providing received material scanned delivery notes to project team/QSA/Client.
· Time Sheet preparation for Subcontractors from WH on monthly basis.
· Preparing of outward permit along with inward permit for OS&D/rejected materials, scraps etc. as required. And coordinate with the vendors/client for the timely replacement of the rejected materials.
· Coordination with finance, end-user and project team for Budget related issues of reservation pending for posting in system.
· Responsible for returning damaged, expired and unacceptable quality material and close the OS&D.
· Ensures that all overseas shipments and local deliveries are received and recorded with stamped receipts, enclosed documents, heat numbers, QRMS, and delivery notes.
