- Tool Pusher: IWCF Valid.
- Night Tool Pusher: IWCF Valid.
- Chief Mechanic: Experienced 05 years minimum in the Position.
- Chief Electrician: Experienced 05 years minimum in the position and good knowledge of VFD & SCR.
- Driller: Experienced 05 years minimum in the position and IWCF Valid.
- Assistant driller: IWCF Valid.
- HSE advisors must have a NEBOSH certificate.
