Job Description
- Responsible for field operation & activities inside the premises as per approved standard operating procedures.
- Should be well familiar about the site safety procedure and work permit requirements on the field.
- Coordination with the operations personnel on daily bases regarding the Diesel Marking schedule.
- Responsible to perform skid daily check list & monitor the Marker level and inform operation Supervisor when it reaches at Minimum level.
- Ensure Marker skid, Fusion controller and Ultrasonic flow meter are properly working. If any abnormality is observed immediately inform the maintenance team and operation supervisor.
- Provide a daily report on the usage of marker and diesel marking to the operation supervisor.
- Ensure Fuel Marker injection records and documentation to be completed at the location. Daily readings of marked diesel, pumping sheet, daily marked diesel verification form & daily skid performance checklist is completed before leaving the site.
- Daily update the FIMS with the total amount of marked fuel, the total marker consumed, and the stock held in the skid marker tank.
- Responsible to draw the marked diesel samples and to deliver them in the nearest SGS Laboratory
- Safe Sample storage and disposal as per local guidelines of EPA
- Maintain legible, traceable raw data in the form of hard and soft copies.
- Routine inspection of fire extinguisher, eye wash & spill kit at the injection skid
- Routine housekeeping for the injection skids components.
- Report instances of non-conformances to the appropriate line management.
- Participate in training related to task.
- Intervene when an unsafe act or condition is observed.
Qualifications
- Degree/Diploma in Oil/Gas/Petrochemicals or related course
- Minimum 1 years working experience in operation work or related.
- Reading, Speaking and Writing skills in English.
- Familiar about Saudi Aramco work environment and basic safety procedure.
- Good Knowledge of WPR & Safety measurements
- Able to interact with all levels of management and clients.
- Able to conduct risk assessments.
- Good knowledge on software and computer skills.
- Valid Saudi Driving License.
