We are hiring for the below roles for our client to be based at Kuching, Sarawak.

1. Procurement Manager
– Diploma/Degree in any field
– At least 7 years of relevant procurement experience.
– Good interpersonal, communication and people management skills- Results oriented, strong attention to detail and time management skill
– Demonstrates commitment to teamwork with good analytical and project management skills
– Familiar with e-procurement and ERP systems- Proficient in MS Office
2. Procurement Operations Manager
– Diploma/Degree in any field
– At least 5 years (Assistant Manager) of relevant procurement experience
– Good interpersonal, communication and people management skills- Results oriented, strong attention to detail and time management skill
– Demonstrates commitment to teamwork with good analytical and project management skills
– Familiar with e-procurement and ERP systems- Proficient in MS Office
3. Category Management Manager
– Bachelors’ degree or equivalent experience is required (preferably in business studies)
– Minimum 12 years of relevant work experience in a service delivery environment in Procurement
– Minimum 5 years people/team leadership experience in a multinational/global environment
– Require strong & proven skills in development of the sourcing strategy and the approach to market based on predefined category strategies, source selection, contract negotiation, commercial negotiation
– Experience with e-procurement and ERP systems, e.g. Ariba, Salesforce is an advantage
4. Category Lead
– Diploma / Degree in any field
– Proven experience in direct/indirect procurement with demonstrated successful career path
– Strong acumen of indirect categories, supply markets, strategic sourcing principles, contract and supplier management
– Minimum 7 years of progressively responsible procurement, supply chain, commercial, contract development, or contract management experience required.
– 5 years SAP or other ERP system background is desirable.
5. Procurement Excellence Manager
– The candidate should have Bachelor/ Master’s Degree in Business, Business Administration/ Management, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
– At least 10 years of experience in Procurement &/or Supply Chain with proven track records in leading and driving continuous improvements projects
– Familiarity with SAP and ERP systems relating to procure-to-pay, contract management and vendor management would be advantageous.
– Knowledge in Sustainable Procurement practices, LEAN Six Sigma methodologies and ISO standards: 9001, 140001 and 18001 would be advantageous
6. Tender and Contract Manager
– Degree in Quantity Surveying, Supply Chain or equivalent from a recognised university
– Minimum five (5) years relevant working experience.
