We are looking for Senior Candidates for below Profiles.
Location : Qatar, Oil & Gas/EPC Projects.
1. Sr. Cost Controller
Education: BE – Mechanical with SAP Knowledge
Experience: Should have minimum 15 years experience in Oil & Gas Industry along with
minimum 5 years Gulf countries experience
Skills & Knowledge:
Minimum 15 years’ experience in EPC / Oil & Gas projects, Cost Control functions experience, SAP experience in PS module, Coordinate Q5 Team of 10-15 members, sound experience in cost forecast reports and cash flow reports in PC projects, re-measurable contract experience in all disciplines (piping, mechanical, civil, E&I@, prepare EOT (Extension of time) cost and claims, review of contact documents, prepare and finalize subcontract agreements, preparation and valuation of variations, verify subcontractor’s
interim and final payments, preparing budgets.
2. Estimation Engineer- Mechanical
Education : BE – Mechanical with SAP Knowledge. / Primavera will be added advantage
Experience:
Should have minimum & years experience Oil & Gas Industry along with minimum 3-4 years Gulf countries experience.
Skills & Knowledge
Should be well experience in Fabrication works
Should have sound estimation experience in Plant Piping, Tanks. Pipeline, Flowline, Offshore Hook up works.
Should be able to quantity, man-hours, equipment day for complex jobs.
Have an ability to check the vendor quote and cross verify with the
provided specification in detail.
Should be able to generate manning level for a large project.
Should be able to make material take off by himself.
3. Sr. Commissioning Engineer
Education: BE-Instrumentation Engineer
Skill and Experience : Should have minimum 15 year’s experience in Oil and Gas plant with multidiscipline experience in carrying out commissioning / shutdown / Tie in jobs in operating Flans involving automation / control system, cryogenic tanks, loading arms.
Shall be familiar with Completion management tools like ICAP3/Win PCS or
equivalent. Shall be familiar with OPERCOM methodology for the smooth handover of
facility. Shall have the capability drive the mechanical completion of facility handover.
4. Commissioning Engineer
Education: BE-Chemical/Petrochemical Engineering
Skill and Experience:
Should have minimum 12 years of mulli discipline experience in oil and gas.Plant in carving auto pre-commissioning, commissioning operating plants involving flowline, PLe’s, control system, F&G System. Shall be familiar with dossier preparation for smooth handover of facility.
